1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the EXODIS DayZ website, joining the server, or purchasing a Season Pass, Donator tier, or VIP package (“Products”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not make a purchase or use this website.
2. Products — Digital Goods & Perks
All Products sold via the EXODIS DayZ store are digital goods in the form of in-game cosmetic perks, server access benefits, and Discord roles. No physical goods are delivered. All in-game items are server-side virtual assets and carry no real-world monetary value.
Season Passes expire at the end of the purchased period and must be renewed to retain perks. Donator and VIP perks are permanent for as long as the server operates, subject to the ban/suspension clause below.
3. Payment & Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, an authorised payment service provider. EXODIS DayZ does not store or process card details directly.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Changes will not affect purchases already completed.
4. Refund Policy
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase of digital content, except where delivery of the digital content has already begun with your express consent and acknowledgement that your right of cancellation is lost once access to in-game perks has been granted.
By completing a purchase you expressly consent to immediate delivery of the digital goods and acknowledge that your 14-day cancellation right is waived at that point.
Refunds will not be issued for: (a) change of mind after perk activation; (b) bans for rule violations; (c) game updates by Bohemia Interactive affecting server functionality; (d) server downtime for maintenance. In the event of a permanent server closure, unused Season Pass value may be refunded at our discretion.
5. Bans, Suspensions & Perk Forfeiture
The EXODIS DayZ admin team reserves the right to ban or suspend any player for violation of the server rules, conduct deemed harmful to the community, or at our sole discretion.
Banned players forfeit all active Season Pass and Donator/VIP perks with no entitlement to refund for the remaining period. If a ban is overturned on appeal, perks will be reinstated for any remaining valid period.
6. Intellectual Property
DayZ is a trademark of Bohemia Interactive a.s. EXODIS DayZ is an independent fan-run private server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bohemia Interactive. All original content on this website — including the EXODIS branding, logo, and theme design — remains the intellectual property of EXODIS DayZ.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EXODIS DayZ is not liable for: loss of in-game progress or items due to wipes or updates; server downtime or connectivity issues; third-party platform (Steam, DayZ SA Launcher) failures; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the server or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the Product in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
